Pea Pesto Vegan-GF

Preparation 10 minutes

  • 2 cup peas (steam for 3-4 minutes)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Black pepper-Salt
  • Optional Fresh herbs 3-4 sprigs (basil, parsley, mint)

Preparation

  • Mix everything in a blender, spread on your favorite healthy bread or seeded crackers.
