Pea Pesto Vegan-GF
Preparation 10 minutes
- 2 cup peas (steam for 3-4 minutes)
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Black pepper-Salt
- Optional Fresh herbs 3-4 sprigs (basil, parsley, mint)
Preparation
- Mix everything in a blender, spread on your favorite healthy bread or seeded crackers.
