Amish’s Homemade Antibiotic Recipe

In case of illness, Amish’s resort to homemade medicines and herbs!

This recipe also came to me through DR Patrick Quillin and I wanted to prepare it at a time when everyone in the house was sick and share it with you.

INGREDIENTS

  • 11 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 whole lemon (with peel – organic if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (I used Manuka Honey)

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and run for 1 minute.
  2. Put the mixture in a strainer and separate the pulp with a wooden spoon and transfer the juice to a glass storage container!
  3. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks
