Amish’s Homemade Antibiotic Recipe
In case of illness, Amish’s resort to homemade medicines and herbs!
This recipe also came to me through DR Patrick Quillin and I wanted to prepare it at a time when everyone in the house was sick and share it with you.
INGREDIENTS
- 11 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 whole lemon (with peel – organic if possible)
- 1 tablespoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of honey (I used Manuka Honey)
PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and run for 1 minute.
- Put the mixture in a strainer and separate the pulp with a wooden spoon and transfer the juice to a glass storage container!
- You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks
